PDCA循环管理对甲状腺疾病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的分析采用PDCA循环管理模式对甲状腺疾病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年4月~2016年4月在我院接受甲状腺手术的患者70例,将所有患者随机分为两组,各35例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上实行PDCA循环管理模式,比较两组护理前后生命指征和心理状态评分变化、生活质量及手术体位摆放满意度。结果 护理后,观察组血压及心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理后,观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组生活质量各评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组对手术体位摆放满意度为88.57%明显高于对照组65.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PDCA循环管理有助于改善甲状腺疾病患者心理状态,提高患者的生活质量,降低因手术给患者造成的不良心理情绪。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on the psychological state and life quality of patients with thyroid. Methods 70 patients who had undergone thyroid surgery in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, whereas those in the observation group were given PDCA cycle management based on the treatment given to the control group. The vital signs, psychological state, life quality and satisfaction to the operative position in the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results After intervention, the blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The score of life quality indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction to operative position in the observation group was 88.57%, significantly higher than 65.71% in the control group, and the difference was statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve the psychological state of thyroid pa- tients, their life quality and treatment compliance, which can also reduce the patients＇ adverse psychological mood caused by surgery.
