盛丽先教授认为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎多属虚实夹杂、寒热错杂之证,临床将本病分为急性发作期、反复发作期和慢性缓解期,各期根据主症选定基本方,并在此基础上进行辨证论治,随症加减化裁,取得了较好的疗效。并附验案1则以验证。

In professor SHENG Lixian＇s opinion,children chronic nasosinusitis mostly belongs to mixed syndrome of deficiency and excessiveness and mixed syndrome of coldness and heat.In clinical,the disease should be divided into acute phase,repeated episodes and chronic remission.According to the primary symptom,each period has a basic prescription.And on this basis,treatment is based on syndrome differentiation and modified according to symptoms,which is effective.A cured case is enclosed as evidence.
