自拟止咳平喘汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘85例临床观察及对血清炎症因子、肺功能的影响

Efficacy and influence of self-made Zhike Pingchuan Tang on serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in the treatment of 85 cases of children with bronchial asthma

目的观察自拟止咳平喘汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子、肺功能的影响。方法将165例纳入研究的支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组(85例)和对照组(80例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟止咳平喘汤口服。治疗15 d后,观察2组的临床疗效及血清炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、IL-12、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、肺功能的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为92.5%,2组总有效率经Ridit分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α水平均明显下降,而IL-12明显上升,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降或上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组最大呼气峰流速值(PEF)、第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1)、第1秒最大呼气量占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)均明显上升,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05),且治疗组上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟止咳平喘汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效确切,有抑制炎症反应、改善肺功能的作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and influence of self-made Zhike Pingchuan Tang on serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 165 cases of children with bronchial asthma included in the study were randomly divided into treatment group（ 85 cases） and control group（ 80 cases）.The control group was given routine regimen,and the treatment group was given self-made Zhike Pingchuan Tang based on routine regimen.After 15 days,the efficacy and changes of serum inflammatory factors（ IL-6,IL-8,IL-12,TNF-α） and pulmonary function（ FEV1,PEF,FEV1/ FVC） were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.7%and 92.5% respectively,there was significant differences with regard to the effectiveness between the two groups after analyze of Ridit;After treatment,two groups＇ IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α decreased and IL-12 increased significantly（ P〈0.05）,and all indexes of the treatment group were changed greater than those of the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）;after treatment,two groups＇ FEV1,FEV1/ FVC increased significantly（ P〈0.05）,and all indexes of the treatment group were change greater than those of the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-made Zhike Pingchuan Tang,with the function of inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and improving pulmonary function,is effective in treatment of children with bronchial asthma.
