复方冰硼甘油液口腔护理佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎33例临床观察

Clinical observation on 33 cases of children with herpangina adjunctively treated with Fufang Bingpeng Ganyou Ye in oral care

目的观察复方冰硼甘油液口腔护理佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将66例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。对照组予补液、补充维生素C和复合维生素B、退热等处理,并予病毒唑针剂10 mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注,合并细菌感染者给予头孢类抗生素治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上予复方冰硼甘油液口腔护理,3次/d。治疗3 d后观察2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿热退时间,咽痛、流涎消失时间,疱疹消退时间均明显短于对照组,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为87.9%,对照组为72.7%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组患儿在治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论复方冰硼甘油液口腔护理能明显缓解疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床症状,缩减症状持续时间,且未出现不良反应,可在基层医院儿科推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of children with herpangina adjunctively treated with Fufang Bingpeng Ganyou Ye in oral care.Methods 66 cases of children with herpangina were randomized into therapy group and control group with 33 cases in each.Control group was given fluid replacement,vitamin C and Fufang vitamin B supplementation,abatement of fever and others therapeutic methods,added ribavirin injection10 mg /（ kg·d）.Bacterial infection pattern should be given cephalosporin antibiotics.Therapy group was treated with Fufang Bingpeng Ganyou Ye based on control group＇s therapy,3 times each day.Clinical curative effect on children of two groups will be observed in 3 days treatment.Results In therapy group,the time of fever,herpes,salivation disappearance was shorter than that in control group with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.The total effective rates in therapy group and control group was 87.9% and 72.7% respectively with significant difference（ P〈0.05）.There was no untoward effects for all children of two groups during therapy.Conclusion Fufang Bingpeng Ganyou Ye in oral care can obviously relieve the symptoms,reduce the duration of symptoms,and alleviate the patients discomfort without untoward effect,which can be widely promoted in pediatrics of primary hospital.
