自拟中药腹袋佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis treated with self-made TCM bag on abdomen

目的观察自拟中药腹袋佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法将80例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予自拟中药腹袋佩戴于腹部,1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药腹袋佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎能显著改善患儿的临床症状及体征。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of 40 cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis treated with self-made TCM bag on abdomen.Methods 80 cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomized into therapy group and control group.The control group was given conventional Western treatment,while the therapy group was treated with self-made TCM bag on abdomen at the basis of therapy of control group.One week as a course,clinical efficacy will be observed in two courses.Results The total effective rates of therapy group and control group were 95.0% and 82.5% with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-made TCM bag on abdomen can adjunctively treat children with mesenteric lymphadenitis effectively with obvious improvement of clinical symptom and physical sign of children.
