中医综合护理在小儿扁桃体切除术围手术期的应用

The application of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in children tonsillectomy during perioperative period

目的探讨中医综合护理在小儿扁桃体切除术围手术期的应用。方法将93例行扁桃体切除术的患儿按照入院顺序随机分为对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理方法的基础上联合中医综合护理方案干预,比较2组患儿的临床护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的97.83%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失率为53.91%,高于对照组的39.13%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿扁桃体切除术围手术期应用中医综合护理能够明显缓解患儿的疼痛,促进患儿快速康复,效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in children tonsillectomy during perioperative period.Methods 93 cases of children with tonsillectomy were divided randomly into control group（ 46 cases） and observation group（ 47 cases）.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group＇s therapy,and then the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of the control group＇s 97.83%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）;the pain disappearance rate of the observation group was 53.91%,higher than that of the control group＇s 39.13%,which has statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in children tonsillectomy during perioperative period is effective to relieve pain in children significantly and promote the rehabilitation of children rapidly,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
