中西医结合护理在小儿腹泻中的应用探讨

Study on the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的探讨中西医结合护理在小儿腹泻中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2015年3月收治的61例腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(31例),对照组给予西医护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,比较2组患儿的临床护理效果、住院费用、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为96.77%,对照组为73.33%,2组护理满意度经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的住院费用和住院时间分别为(1 533.3±25.7)元、(5.3±1.4)d,对照组分别为(1 957.3±35.4)元、(6.8±2.6)d,经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够促进腹泻患儿早日康复,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提升临床护理满意度,是一种有效的临床护理方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of nursing in children with diarrhea treated by integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods 61 cases of infantile diarrhea patients in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,control group（ 30 cases）and observation group（ 31 cases）.Control group was treated with Western medicine nursing,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine nursing care.And then compared clinical nursing efficacy,hospitalization expenses and time,nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group and control group were 96.77% and 73.33% respectively with significant difference（ P〈0.05）;hospitalization expenses and time of observation group were（ 1 533.3±25.7） yuan and（ 5.3±1.4） days,control group were（ 1 957.3±35.4） yuan and（ 6.8±2.6） days,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can promote the rehabilitation of children with diarrhea,shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce medical costs,and conducive to clinical nursing satisfaction,which is an effective clinical nursing method.It is worth clinical promotion and application.
