腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗男性精索静脉曲张的效果评价

Effect evaluation of high ligation of venae spermatica under laparoscopy in the treatment of male varicocele

目的探讨腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗男性精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 选择2008年10月-2015年11月于本院治疗的原发性精索静脉曲张患者52例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和实验组,各26例。对照组患者经开放手术行精索静脉高位结扎术治疗,实验组患者接受腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、平均出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率等。结果 实验组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,平均出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果确切,操作简单,是一种有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high ligation of venae spermatica under laparoscopy in the treatment of male varicocele.Methods From October 2008 to November 2015,52 patients with primary varicocele treat- ed by our hospital,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according the treatment method,and there were 26 cases in each group.Control group was treated by open surgery for high ligation of venae spermatica while experimental group was given for high ligation of venae spermatica under laparoscopy.The operation time,average blood loss,length of stay and incidence rate of complication was compared in patients between two groups.Results The opera- tion time and length of stay in experimental group was shorter than that of control group,average blood loss was less than that of control group,incidence rate of complication was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of high ligation of venae spermatica under laparoscopy in the treatment of male varicocele is exact,simple opera- tion,and it is an effective way.
