桂枝茯苓汤加减结合通络法治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of modified Guizhi Fuling decoction combined dredging collateral therapy in the treatment of ovarian cyst

目的 探讨桂枝茯苓汤加减结合通络法治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法 选取2013年5月-2016年6月在我院接受治疗的卵巢囊肿患者60例,按照不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。先对两组患者进行通络治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予金刚藤口服液进行治疗,研究组给予桂枝茯苓汤加减进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗所用时间以及不良反应发生的情况。结果 对照组总有效率为70.00%,研究组总有效率为93.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者所用时间为（138.25±23.01）d,研究组患者治疗所用时间为（92.35±15.76）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者不良反应发生率为13.33%,研究组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 桂枝茯苓汤加减结合通络法治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效显著,治疗所用时间短,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effects of Modified Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with dredging col- lateral therapy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cysts from May 2013 to June 2016 were selected in our hospital and divided into control group and study group,according to different treatment methods, 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given dredging collateral therapy.On the basis of this,the patients of control group were treated with Jingangteng oral liquid,and the treatment group was given modified Guizhi Fuling decoction. The curative effects,the time of treatment and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total ef- fective rate was 70.00% in the control group and 93.33% in the study group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the time of treatment was （138.25±23.01） days in the control group and （92.35±15.76） days in the study group,the differ- ence was significant （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 13.33% in the control group and 10.00% in the study group,but the difference was no significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with dredging collateral therapy in the treatment of ovarian cysts has significant clinical efficacy,with short treatment time and high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
