中药敷背散辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床应用

Clinical application of Fubei Powder adjuvant treatment in children with bronchial pneumonia

目的 探讨中药敷背散在治疗小儿支气管肺炎的辅助治疗作用,验证该方法的临床有效性,并评价其安全性。方法 选取2013年7月-2014年12月我院儿科收治的支气管肺炎患儿180例,随机分为两组,对照组：基础治疗法,治疗组：基础治疗＋中药外治法,观察比较热退时间、肺部啰音消失时间及综合临床疗效。结果 治疗组总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组的热退时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 中药敷背散作为小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗手段,可以提高临床疗效,改善症状、并且较为安全,可以在临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application of adjuvant therapy of Fubei Powder in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 180 patients of bronchial pneumonia from July 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were se- lected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with basic therapy, the treatment group was given basic treatment combined with traditional chinese medicine external treatment,the fever time,the pulmonary rales disappeared time and length of hospital stay were observed and compared.Results The total effective of treatment group was better than that of control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）;the fever time,the pulmonary rales disappeared time and length of hospital stay were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fubei Powder secondary treatment of children bronchial pneumonia clinically effective,safe,it is worthy of promotion.
