上机考试模式是现代高校考试发展的主流趋势,但现阶段上机考试模式的通过率,相对于纸质考试模式远远偏低,当前医学生化教学中实施上机考试模式仍然存在很多问题,本文主要分析了生化上机考试制度对人才培养的优缺点,探讨了上机考试改革中存在的问题及如何更好地实施上机考试改革,并分析了上机考试改革所带来的积极性影响。

Exam on computer is the main trend of the development of modem college exams,but at this stage pass rate of exam on computer mode is relative lower compared to the paper pattern exam.The implementation of medical bio- chemistry examination on computer still has many problems,this paper mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvan- tages of biochemical examination on computer on talent training system,discusses the existing problems of the reform and how to fully implement the examination reform and analyzes the positive effects of the reform.
