东南沿海车辆装备整体封存设计与验证

Design and Verification of Vehicle Equipment Overall Sealing in Southeast Coast Area

针对东南沿海地区自然环境对车辆装备的腐蚀影响,根据东南沿海自然环境特点和车辆装备整体封存防护要求,提出了车辆装备整体封套封存技术,对整体封口形式、封套材料和结构进行了全新设计,最后对车辆装备整体封套材料性能和封存效果进行了试验验证。结果表明,封存时间内新型整体封套封存设计能够对车辆装备实施有效防护。

Considering the corrosion influence of natural environment to vehicle equipment in southeast coast area,the paper proposes vehicle equipment overall sealing technology according to the characteristic of natural environment in southeast coast and requirements of overall sealing preservation. It also designs seal form,envelope material and composition,and verifies material performance and sealing effect of vehicle equipment. The result shows that the new overall sealing design can effectively protect vehicle equipment.
