着眼适应军队院校教育训练改革大势,针对学院新增铁路、水路、航空运输投送指挥3个学历教育专业的建设需求,探讨改革的基本思路、人才的能力素质、改革的教学设计以及相关的对策措施等问题,为合理构建符合运输投送指挥专业人才培养需要的教学改革提供有益借鉴。

Considering the education reform trend of military academies,the paper elaborates the basic thinking of reform,ability and quality of talents,teaching design of reform and related countermeasures according to the construction requirements of three degree education majors： railway,waterway and aviation transportation and projection command,which can provide helpful reference for constructing education reform conforms with talents cultivation of transportation and projection command.
