摘要
为贯彻落实习主席在全军政治工作会议上的重要指示,增强政治工作主动性和实效性。在分析政治工作"线上线下"融合式开展的时代价值基础上,从设施、观念、能力及方法上提出实现路径,并重点指出政治工作"线上线下"融合式开展要把握好3个关系,以充分发挥政治工作强军兴军的"生命线"作用。
To carry out Chairman Xi＇s important instructions in conferences of the whole army on political work and strengthen initiative and effectiveness of political work,the paper puts forward realization approaches on facility,concept and ability after analyzing the era value of developing political work online and offline integrated. It also highlights that we should grasp three relations while developing political work online and offline integrated to give full play to its function of＂lifeline＂.
