探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死临床疗效及后遗症的临床观察

Investigation of clinical observation for effect by integrative traditional Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequela

目的研究分析脑梗死及其后遗症使用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法 160例脑梗死患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各80例。实验组采用中西结合治疗,对照组采用西医治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)低于对照组,日常生活能力评分(ADL)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为93.75%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死使用中西结合的治疗方式,能够标本兼治,临床治疗效果突出,比西医治疗效果优秀,可以推广使用。

Objective To research and analyze clinical effect by integrative traditional Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its sequela. Methods A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The experimental group received integrative traditional Chinese and western medicines for treatment, and the control group received western medicine instead. Clinical effects were comparatively analyzed in both groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had lower national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS） score than the control group, and its activities of daily living（ADL） score than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 93.75% than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicines provide thorough and excellent clinical effect for cerebral infarction. This method shows better effect than single western medicine, and it is worth promoting and applying.
