探讨优质护理在冠脉搭桥手术中的应用观察

Investigation of application observation for high quality nursing in coronary artery bypass surgery

目的研究分析冠状动脉(冠脉)搭桥手术使用优质护理的临床效果。方法 54例冠脉搭桥手术患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各27例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组增加优质护理。对两组护理情况进行分析。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为11.1%,低于对照组的33.3%,观察组满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的81.5%,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠脉搭桥手术使用优质护理能够减少患者并发症发生率,提高满意度,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To research and analyze clinical effect by application of high quality nursing in coronary artery bypass surgery. Methods A total of 54 patients receiving coronary artery bypass surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional high quality nursing. Nursing states of both groups were analyzed. Results The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 11.1% than 33.3% in the control group, and its satisfaction degree was higher as 100.0% than 81.5% in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing in coronary artery bypass surgery can reduce incidence of complications and improve satisfaction degree in patients. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
