探讨慢性乙型肝炎肝昏迷期的护理效果

Investigation of nursing effect for chronic hepatitis B in hepatic coma stage

目的研究分析慢性乙型肝炎患者肝昏迷期的临床护理效果。方法 56例慢性乙型肝炎肝昏迷患者,针对不同等级为其提供不同的护理措施及针对性的治疗,观察治疗效果。结果轻度昏迷患者23例,为患者提供积极治疗和护理后22例患者1周内意识有所改善,1例患者转为中度昏迷;中度昏迷患者26例,接受治疗和护理后23例患者1周内转为轻度昏迷,2例未见明显好转,1例转为重度昏迷;重度昏迷患者7例,接受治疗和护理后有3例转为中度昏迷,1例转为轻度昏迷,3例无改善。结论慢性乙型肝炎肝昏迷患者接受针对性治疗和护理,能够改善病情,临床中能够推广使用。

Objective To research and analyze clinical nursing effect for patients with chronic hepatitis B in hepatic coma stage. Methods A total of 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B in hepatic coma stage received various nursing and therapy measures on the basis of different grade, and their curative effects were observed. Results Among 23 mild coma cases after active treatment and nursing, there were 22 cases with improved consciousness within 1 week and 1 case exacerbated into moderate coma. Among 26 moderate coma cases, there were 23 cases improved as mild coma in 1 week, 2 cases remained mild coma and 1 case exacerbated into mild coma. Among 7 severe coma cases, there were 3 cases improved as moderate coma, 1 case improved as mild coma, and 3 cases remained severe coma. Conclusion Implement of targeted treatment and nursing can improve disease condition in patients with chronic hepatitis B in hepatic coma stage. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
