摘要
高校辅导员职业意识是指高校辅导员在高校学生事务管理和思想政治教育实践中形成的具有普遍意义的精神追求和职业理念。高校辅导员职业意识是一个多维多层的开放体系,主要包括政治信仰、创新精神、生本理念、规范意识、职业伦理等五个方面内容。培育高校辅导员职业意识的关键在于"如何践行",要把好"入口关"、"过程关"、"研究关"、"评价观"、"总开关",探索构建职业意识培育与高校辅导员队伍建设有机融合的实践路径。
Professional consciousness of college advisors refers to their general spiritual pursuit and career philosophy gradually formed in the process of managing student affairs and carrying out ideological and political education.It is a multi-dimensional and multi-layered open system containing political belief,creative spirit,student-oriented principle,commitment to norms and professional ethics.The paper discusses how to enhance advisors＇ professional consciousness through strengthened team construction and practice.
