文化自信是确立"三个自信"的基础和前提,有助于大学生辨识各种社会思潮,巩固高校意识形态阵地,有助于大学生树立精神航标,激发他们的为学动力。时空观教育是大学生文化自信必不可少的外部条件。切实发挥思政理论课的主渠道作用,优化相关学科的教学条件;加紧提升网络信息素养,掌握网络舆论主动权;以制度化形式鼓励经典阅读,增进大学生的时空内涵和思维厚度。

Cultural confidence is a basis and precondition for the ＂Three Confidences＂.It enables college students to recognize different ethos and encourages them to set spiritual navigation marks and be more motivated in their learning.Time-space outlook education is an external condition essential to college students＇ cultural confidence.Colleges and universities should give full play to the role of ideological and political theory teaching optimize the conditions for the teaching of relevant courses,actively improve educators＇ network information literacy so as to gain the initiative in online public opinion,and institutionally encourage students to read the classics so they can expand in time and space and do deep thinking.
