椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折中的效果。方法随机选取2013年4月至2015年4月罗山县中医院收治的80名胸腰椎骨折的患者为研究对象,对患者实施椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,观察患者治疗后的效果。结果所有患者手术平均时间为(46.31±2.52)min,术中平均出血量为(100.12±2.50)ml,切口平均长度为(65.01±5.20)μm。术后患者的矢状位后凸Cobb角、矢状位指数及伤锥前缘高度均显著优于术前(P<0.05)。结论采用椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折具有安全可靠、创伤小、出血少、术后并发症少的优点,能够显著提高患者的生存质量。
