益气养阴活血方治疗气阴两虚型老年患者心力衰竭63例

Effect of YiQi YangYin HuoXue Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Heart Failure of Qi-Yin Deficiency Pattern:A Report of 63 Cases

目的:观察益气养阴活血方治疗气阴两虚型老年患者心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将126例老年心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组、对照组各63例。2组均给予常规的强心、利尿、纠正酸碱平衡等治疗,观察组同时服用益气养阴活血方,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组均连续治疗4周。观察2组患者心衰临床症状(Lee积分)以及NYHA心功能分级的改善情况。结果:Lee积分2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。观察组显效率为50.79%,总有效率为90.48%;对照组显效率为42.86%,总有效率为87.30%。显效率、总有效率2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药常规治疗的基础上采用益气养阴活血方治疗气阴两虚型心力衰竭老年患者,可改善临床症状以及心功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofYiQi YangYin HuoXue decoction in the treatment of se- nile heart failure of Qi-Yin deficiency. Methods： 126 patients were radomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 63 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment such as strong heart, di- uretic, and regulating acid-base balance, and at the same time the observation group was given YiQi YangYin HuoXue decoction, one dose/d. The treatment period of the two groups was four weeks. Clinical symptoms （Lee score） of the patients with heart failure and the improvement of the NYHA cardiac function grading of the two groups were ob- served. Results： After the treatment, Lee scores of the two groups were decreased obviously （P〈0.05） and the obser- vation group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of observation group was 50.79% and the to- tal effective rate was 90.48% while the control group were 42.86% and 87.30% respectively. There were significant differences （P〈0.05） between the two groups in the effective rate and the total effective rate. Conclusion： Based on the conventional western treatment, YiQi YangYin HuoXue decoction can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure caused by Qi-Yin deficiency.
