护理延伸服务对冠心病心力衰竭患者依从性的影响

The Influences of Extended Nursing Service on Compliance of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Heart Failure

目的:探讨护理延伸服务对冠心病心力衰竭患者依从性的影响。方法:将110例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各55例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予护理延伸服务,2组持续观察3个月。结果:护理期间依从性评分观察组、对照组分别为(14.09±1.33)分和(10.34±1.21)分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。左室射血分数(EF)与每搏心输出量(CO)值护理干预后2组均高于护理前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。心理、生理、社会适应性评分护理后观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理期间观察组非致死性心肌梗死、支架内血栓事件、心绞痛、靶血管血运重建等主要心血管不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理延伸服务可提高冠心病心力衰竭患者治疗依从性,改善心功能,有利于预后和患者生活质量的提高,减少主要心血管不良事件的发生。

Objective： To explore the influences of extended nursing service on compliance of coronary heart disease （CHD） patients with heart failure （HF）. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each 55 cases, the control group was given regular nursing intervention, the observation group was given extended nursing service on the treatment of nursing intervention, both groups were observed for three months. Results： Compliance score during nursing in the observation group and the control group were （14.09± 1.33） and （10.34±1.21） respectively, the observation group was higher than the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Both groups were higher than before nursing intervention of EF value and CO value（P〈 0.05）, the observation group was higher than the control group treatment. Psychological, physiological and social adaptability score in the obser- vation group were higher than these of the control group after nursing （P〈0.05）. The mian cardiovascular adverse event rate of non-fatal myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, angina and target vessel revascularization in the ob- servation group during nursing were lower than these of the control group obviously （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Extend- ed nursing service can improve treatment compliance of CHD patients with HF, improve heart function, which will benefit for life quality improvement after prognosis, reducing the occurence of main cardiocvascular adverse events.
