摘要
利用KH570硅烷偶联剂对纳米氧化镁进行表面疏水处理,然后均匀分散至苯基硅树脂中,可以显著提高甲基硅树脂的折光率,从而提升苯基硅树脂的封装出光效率和良率。采用处理后纳米氧化镁改性的苯基硅树脂作为封装材料,制作LED封装元件,并分析其抗老化性能。
Nanometre MgO is evenly dispersed in phenyl silicone resin after hydrophobic treatment by silane coupling agent KH570, so as to increase the phenyl silicone resin encapsulation efficiency and yield of light significantly by raising the refractive index of methyl silicone resin. After that the processed nanometer MgO phenyl silicone resin are used as the packaging material in the production of LED packaging components, and its anti-aging properties are analyzed.
