摘要 SP0169(前RP0169)标准在防腐蚀业界被广泛采用,但SP0169标准中关于阴极保护有效性的-850mV(相对铜/硫酸铜参比电极,下同)通电电位准则存在技术争议,在SP0169-2007的修订过程中引起广泛的讨论。本工作对NACE标准的修订流程进行了介绍,从实践和理论的角度阐释了-850mV准则的来历,并对-850mV通电电位和极化电位准则的有效性进行了比较。 SP0169, former RP0169, is widely adopted by corrosion protection industry. However, the -850 mV on-potential criterion in this standard is controversial and has aroused extensive discussions. The present paper introduces the revision procedure of NACE's standard and explores the experimental and theoretical backgrounds of -850 mV criterion. The effectiveness of on-potential and polarization potential criteria is compared.
