摘要
以某燃煤电厂选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统蜂窝式催化剂为研究对象,在中试试验台上对不同运行时间下的催化剂脱硝性能进行了检测,评估了不同工况下的脱硝效率、氨逃逸量、SO2/SO3转化率等性能参数,并运用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱仪和氮气吸脱附等方法对催化剂进行了理化特性表征。结果表明:催化剂未发生因运行温度过高造成的烧结失活;运行过程中飞灰沉积造成的微观特性劣化是导致催化剂脱硝性能下降的主要原因。在此基础上给出了催化剂寿命管理建议,以期为电厂的运行管理提供参考。
The denitration performance of the honeycomb catalyst in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration system of a power plant was detected on pilot-scale test bench. Performance parameters such as the denitration efficiency,ammonia escape rate and SO2/SO3 conversion rate were evaluated. The physical and chemical properties of the catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and nitrogen adsorption/desorption methods. The results show that, the catalyst sintering deactivation caused by over high temperature didn't occur. The microcosmic property deterioration resulted from the fly ash's deposition is the major reason for the catalyst's performance lost. On this basis,the lifetime management suggestions for the catalyst was put forward, to provide references for operation management of the power plants.
