下肢负重振动训练结合斜板站立训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察下肢负重振动训练结合斜板站立训练对脑卒中后患者下肢功能恢复的影响。方法:将94例脑卒中后下肢痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各47例,均进行常规功能训练,观察组则在此基础上进行负重振动训练结合斜板站立训练,分别于治疗前及治疗后6周采用改良Ashworth量表(modified Ashworth scale,MAS)评定小腿踝跖屈肌群痉挛状态、Fugl-Meyer(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评定运动功能、改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel Index,MBI)评定日常生活活动能力,并测量患者10m最大步行时间以评定步行能力。结果:治疗后6周,观察组MAS评分、FMA评分、MBI评分及10m步行时间改善程度均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:下肢负重振动训练结合斜板站立训练可一定程度改善脑卒中后下肢痉挛状态、提高平衡能力及改善步行功能,从而提高患者的生活能力。
