走罐配合中药热奄包治疗落枕疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Moving Cupping Combined with Herbal Foment Package for Stiff Neck

目的：观察走罐配合中药热奄包治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法：52例落枕患者均采用走罐配合中药热奄包治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果：52例患者中，痊愈33例，好转16例，无效3例，总有效率为94.2%。结论：走罐配合中药热奄包治疗落枕疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of moving cupping combined with herbal foment package for stiff neck. Methods：52 cases of patients with stiff neck were all treated by moving cupping combined with herbal foment package, and observed the efficacy. Results：In the 52 cases of pa-tients, 33 cases were cured, 16 cases turned better and 3 cases invalid, the overall response rate was 94.2%. Conclusion：The treatment of moving cup-ping combined with herbal foment package has significant curative effect on stiff neck, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
