红花黄色素对实验性肾间质纤维化大鼠肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的影响

The Influence of Safflower Yellow on the Apoptosis of Renal Tubular Epithelial Cells in Experimental Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Rats

摘要 目的:探讨红花黄色素对实验性肾间质纤维化大鼠肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的影响。方法:选取45只雄性SD大鼠作为探讨对象,随机分为单侧输尿管梗阻模型组(A组)、假手术组(B组)和红花黄色素联合单侧输尿管梗阻治疗组(C组),红花黄色素剂量为每天5mg/kg,在大鼠造模之前1d予以腹腔注射,所有大鼠在术后10d处死,并比较三组大鼠肾间质纤维化和肾小管上皮细胞凋亡情况。结果:A组和C组大鼠可见显著肾间质纤维化变化,并发现凋亡细胞;与A组比较,C组大鼠肾间质纤维化改变程度显著减轻(P〈0.05)。结论:采用红花黄色素腹腔注射疗法有助于保护大鼠肾间质纤维化,该作用机制为对肾小管细胞凋亡。 Objective:To investigate the influence of safflower yellow on the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells in experimental renal intersti-tial fibrosis rats. Methods:45 male SD rats were selected as objects and randomly divided into UUO model group (group A), sham operation group (group B) and safflower yellow combined with UUO treatment group (group C), the dose of safflower yellow was 5mg/kg daily, rats were injected in-traperitoneally at 1 day before modeling, and all of the rats would be killed at 10 days after operation, compared the status of renal interstitial fibrosis and apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells of the three groups of rats. Results:The changes of renal interstitial fibrosis were significant visible in group A and group C, and apoptotic cells could be found;compared with group A, the change degree of renal interstitial fibrosis of rats in group C was significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Safflower yellow intraperitoneal injection is conducive to protect the renal interstitial fibrosis of rats, which mechanism is apoptosis of renal tubular cells.
