摘要 为了将污水处理和环境生态有机地结合起来,在有效处理污水的同时美化环境,创造生态景观,带来环境效益和经济效益,本文运用综合指标评价及层次分析法,根据人工湿地的特点,提出并建立了适合评价人工湿地综合指标体系。建立的评价指标包括选址适宜性、构建、运行效果与管理、成本费用分析、生态系统服务价值、社会效益6项一级指标,及对应的20个二级指标。并按5分制标准,制定了综合打分的原则,从而构建了人工湿地评价指标体系。 In order to combine sewage treatment with the eco-environment in an efficient way,and treat the sewage effectively,and meanwhile beautifi the environment,create ecological landscape,and bring a lot of benefits to the environment and economics.The index the system of constructed wetlands established includes three parts:selecting indexes,confirming weights and integrated grade.In the beginning6 criteria layers were searched by referring lots of literatures and visiting specialists,including site selection,building,operation and management,cost analysis,ecosystem services value and social benefits.Secondly weights of 6criteria layers and 20sub-criteria were calculated by Analytical Hierarchy Process,including their respective weights and the normalized weights.Eventually,the rule of integrated grade was made in accordance with the five-grade marking system.The comprehensible evaluation index system of constructed wetlands was established through these measures.
