摘要
为缓解国内石油紧张状况,开始推广乙醇汽油。由于使用生物酿造乙醇成本太高,故用天然气、煤炭、石油焦以及废弃物等制成的工业乙醇替代生物乙醇。通过台架试验验证两种乙醇汽油的差异以及乙醇汽油与93~#汽油的区别。采用E10工业乙醇汽油、E10生物乙醇汽油以及93~#汽油进行发动机万有特性对比试验,试验结果表明:在发动机标定没有调整的情况下,使用E10工业乙醇汽油和E10生物乙醇汽油时发动机的动力性与93~#汽油相当,而燃油消耗率比93~#汽油有所升高,但乙醇汽油的能耗率与93~#汽油相当,在某些工况甚至低于93~#汽油。在排放方面,使用E10工业乙醇汽油,CO排放整体低于93~#汽油,HC排放有一定改善,NO_x排放略有升高。工业乙醇汽油和生物乙醇汽油表现相当,因此可用工业乙醇替代生物乙醇来制造乙醇汽油。
To help the shortage of petroleum in China, the government starts to spread the ethanol petrol, but bioethanol petrol costs too much. Industrial ethanol made of natural gas, coal, Petroleum coke and litter can replace the bioethanol petrol. This paper aims to show the difference of them through test, as well as the difference with petrol. We have a map test using E10 industrial ethanol petrol, E10 bioethanol petrol and NO.93 petrol. The result shows that: without modification of calibration, the performance is the same be- tween ethanol petrol and NO.93 petrol. At economy, fuel consumption is higher than NO.93 petrol, but the special energy consumption is almost the same, some point is better than NO.93 petrol. At emissions, for the CO emission E10 petrol is lower than NO.93 petrol at the whole map, and HC emission is better also, NOx emission is higher. The performance of industrial ethanol petrol is the same as bioethanol petrol, so indus- trial ethanol can be used for ethanol petrol instead of bioethanol.
