摘要 在改制原车发动机进排气系统的情况下,使用Link G4+storm ECU对CBR600RR发动机进行标定试验,目的是解决在中国大学生方程式大赛中限流阀规则的限制下,发动机充气效率下降后和原机ECU标定参数不匹配导致发动机动力降低的问题。在发动机台架试验中,以得到最大动力为目标,完成了发动机喷油MAP图标定和点火提前角MAP图标定,对喷油脉宽及点火提前角补偿MAP图进行标定,并对MAP图进行整体匹配优化。通过试验得到改制进排气系统后的发动机特性曲线。在整车实际路试工况下,对环境变量参数表进行修正,对MAP图的部分单元进行修正,以提高整车的加速性能,并给出环境变量修正曲线。 In the case of the restructuring of the original intake and exhaust system of motorcycle engine, calibration experiments were carried out using Link G4+ storm ECU for CBR600 engine.The purpose is to solve the problem that under the flow restrictor in the rule of Formula Student China which causes engine charge efficiency reduced and machine do not match with original parameter and lead to power loss. In the experiment, setting maximum engine power as the target,, engine fuel injection MAP and ignition advanced angle MAP calibration was finished, correction of the fuel injection pulse width and ignition advance MAP was calibrated, arid the whole MAP while matching was optimized. The engine external characteristic curve of restructured intake and exhaust system was obtained by experiment. During the real vehicle road test condition,Correcting environment parameters correcting and altering the part of cells of the whole MAPs were carried out for improving the accelerate performance of the racing car, and the environment parameters correction curves were put forward.
