急性抗体介导排斥反应的发生机制研究进展

摘要 器官移植术后排斥反应是影响移植物存活时间的主要原因之一,随着诊疗水平的不断提高,急性抗体介导排斥反应(AMR)在器官移植排斥中的作用逐渐受到重视。与T细胞介导的急性细胞性排斥反应相比,B细胞参与的移植术后急性AMR治疗效果差、患者预后不佳,属于难治性急性排斥反应。急性AMR的发生与血小板活化、微血栓形成、CD39代谢胞外二磷酸腺苷失衡及B细胞激活等有重要关系,研究其发病机制有助于该病的早期诊断及治疗,从而延长移植物的存活时间。
