湖南省大学生创新创业就业学院是我国高校创新创业就业教育以及课程教学的重要创新学院,线上下线结合、各司其职的混合学习模式是其最主要的特色,也符合创新创业就业教育教学信息化、实效性、针对性、实践性的发展要求。在省、校两级学院的运行体制下,校级学院根据各院校的不同情况大体上可做"显特色""任务驱动"或"俱乐部"等三种具体设计。而作为试点院校的长沙学院,在具体教学设计上更是拟采取很多创新性的做法,值得其它院校借鉴。

Hunan Institute of College Students Innovative Undertaking/Employment is an important innovatition of our undertaking/employment education in Chinese colleges and universities. The ntegration of online and offline teaching, and the hybrid learning model with each one acting their own roles, are its main characteristic. It also accords with the development requirements of innovative undertaking/employment education for informatization, effectiveness, pertinence, and practicalness. Under the provincial/university two level college running system, the university level college can make three specific designs according to the situation of different schools, including ＂characteristics＂, ＂task driven＂ or ＂club＂. Changsha Institute, as a pilot colleges, took a lot of innovative practices on the specific teaching design, which is worthy of reference for other colleges and universities.
