高校大学生创业“分段式培养”策略探究——以鲁东大学为例

摘要 在第四次创业大潮下,高校大学生创业具有优势,但仍面临困境。本文以鲁东大学为例,创造性提出高校大学生创业"分段式培养"策略,该策略重新构筑创业内涵,点明创业本质,理顺"选种期"、"育苗期"、"温室期"、"投产期"、"跟踪服务期"5个创业过程的关系,着力构建大学生创业培养的新模式,为高校大学生创业教育提供新思路,具有一定的理论指导和现实借鉴意义,将有助于高校大学生创新创业良性发展。 Underthe fourth entrepreneurship, the article analyzed the advantages and difficultiesof the college students'entrepreneurship. With the example of LuDong university, it introduced the sectional training strategy in detail. The sectional training strategy pointed out the nature and new connotationof entrepreneurship which included "seed selection period"," sprout period", "greenhouse period ", "production period" and, follow-up service period ". It provided a new thinking to entrepreneurship education and a new way to entrepreneurial training, which had a certain guidance and reference significance on college students' entrepreneurship and would be good at college students' innovative and entrepreneurshipenterprise.
