试论如何推动高校职业指导工作的开展——以河北经贸大学为例

On Development of the College Vocational Guidance Work's Problems and Countermeasures——Take Hebei University of Economics and Business as an Example

近年来随着高校毕业生就业环境的变化,高校职业指导的地位和作用日益凸显,其作为一门理论性和实践性都很强的工作与新兴学科,值得研究和探索的内容还很多。各高校由于办学层次、师资力量、教育理念、所支配资源等的差异与限制,其职业指导工作发展并不均衡,呈现出各自的特点。本文基于河北经贸大学2013-2015年本科毕业生就业质量年度报告分析河北经贸大学职业指导工作取得的成效与不足之处,并提出推动该校职业指导工作开展的对策建议。

In recent years, with the great changes the employment environment of college graduates. College vocational guidance is becoming more prominent. As a theoretical and practical work and emerging disciplines, Colleges Vocational Guidance has many things worth studying and exploring. Because of the differences in the level of running school, the strength of teachers the educational idea and available resources, the development of College vocational guidance is not balanced, showing their own characteristics. Based on Annual report on the employment quality of college graduates from 2013 to 2015 of Hebei University of Economics and Business, this paper analyzes its achievements and deficiencies on College Vocational Guidance, and Puts forward some Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the work of College Vocational Guidance.
