作为民办机制高等学院的独立院校,承担着为社会培养一部分本科生的教育任务,同时又因自身的特质问题,就业压力更是需要面对的巨大难题。本文就独立院校特质进行分析,并从政府、学校、企业、学生自身等方面对近期大学生就业现状进行探讨,研讨出行之有效的相关策略。

As a private school system of higher colleges should cultivate a part of undergraduate education task for the society, but also because of its own characteristics, the employment pressure is a big problem to face. This paper analyzes the characteristics of independent colleges and universities, and from the government, schools, enterprises, students themselves and other aspects of the current employment situation of college students to explore the effective strategy of travel.
