摘要
分析齿轮装置减振降噪的措施以及齿轮设计参数对其振动噪声的影响。基于MASTA软件对某齿轮传动装置进行强度和传递误差分析计算。使用MASTA软件宏观参数优化模块对齿轮设计参数进行优化改进,优化后提高了齿轮装置的强度,减小了传递误差;在优化后的基础上,再运用MASTA微观修形模块进行修形设计,修形后传递误差进一步降低,并试验验证MASTA软件优化设计以及修形的可行性。MASTA软件为齿轮优化设计提供了有效方法,它可以作为良好的齿轮低噪声设计工具平台。
In this work, the measure of vibration and noise control of gear sets, and the effectiveness of gear parameters on vibration and noise were investigated. The strength analysis as well as gear transmission error(TE) analysis were conducted by MASTA software. The optimal gear parameters, which result in a high strength and low TE gear, were determined by Macro Geometry Optimization package of MASTA. On the basis of the optimal parameters, the TE was further reduced by the gear profile modification. Furthermore, an experiment was performed to validate the feasibility of optimization design and profile modification by the MASTA software. MASTA software provides an effective method for gear optimization design, and therefore, can be used as an effective tool for designing low-noise gears.
