麻醉与加速术后康复 被引量：38

摘要 加速术后康复（Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS）是由丹麦的外科医生H.Kehlet教授提出的围术期管理新理念[1].该理念强调临床多学科合作（Multi-displinary Team,MDT）的重要性,倡导在术前、术中及术后采用一系列有循证医学证据的围术期优化措施,最大限度地减少病人围术期应激反应,促进器官功能早期恢复,使病人机体尽快恢复到术前状态[2],从而降低术后并发症发生率和死亡率,缩短术后住院时间和减少住院费用[3-5].ERAS促进术后康复的临床意义被一系列权威文献所肯定,其理念在国内外医学领域得到普及和快速发展[6].
