2种应激诱导大鼠迷走复合体神经元的Fos表达

摘要 将大鼠随机分为束缚浸水应激组、束缚应激组和对照组,经1 h应激处理后,采用免疫组化法标记迷走复合体中神经元的Fos基因表达,在亚区和亚核水平上进行组间比较,研究2种应激对大鼠迷走复合体神经元Fos表达的影响。结果表明:束缚浸水应激组迷走背核的吻、中和尾3段Fos阳性神经数量均显著增加(P<0.01或<0.05),而束缚应激组仅尾段Fos表达显著增加(P<0.01);在孤束核的吻、中和尾3段,2种应激引起不同孤束亚核的神经元Fos表达的增加(P<0.01);不同应激处理后迷走复合体的不同亚区或亚核神经元的活动会增强,可能与不同应激性胃肠机能障碍的表现密切相关。 The effects of restraint water-immersion stress (RWIS) and restraint stress(RS) on neuronal activities of the dorsal va- gal complex (DVC) including the nucleus tractus solitarious(NTS) and the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus(DMV) were compared. An immunohistochemical detection of Fos protein was utilized to assess neuronal activation. The results show that RWIS induces the in- crease of Fos expressions in all the rostral,intermediate and caudal DMV in the RWIS group ( P 〈0.01 or 0.05 ) while only in the caudal DMV in the RS group (P 〈 0.01 ). In addition, RWIS and RS induce the increase of neuronal Fos expressions in different sul- nucleus of NTS. Differences of neuronal Fos expressions induced by these two stress are apparent in the medial, ventrolateral, dorsolateral and commissural NTS(P 〈 0. O1 ). These results indicate that activated neurons separately induce by RWIS and RS distribute in different subdivisions of the DVC ,which may be responsible for the different stress-induced effects on gastric function.
