露天煤矿绿色开采的实现路径——基于企业环境成本控制视角的研究

Research on the realization of green mining theory of open-pit coal mine from the perspective of enterprise environmental cost control

针对露天煤矿绿色开采问题,采用归纳分析的研究方法,从环境成本控制的视角分析了露天煤矿环境成本的控制机理,提出加快建立和完善露天煤矿绿色开采评价指标体系,实现露天煤矿开采环境成本的内部化,采用露天煤矿绿色开采技术等建议,为露天煤矿实现绿色开采提供参考。

In terms of open-cast coal＇s green mining, by means of inductive analysis, the control mechanism of open-cast coal＇s environmental cost is analyzed, some suggestions are put forward ： to establish and consummate evaluation index system of open-cast coal＇s green mining, to promote environmental cost of open-cast coal＇s mining internalization, to use the technology of open-cast coal＇s green mining, to provide the reference for open-cast coal＇s green mining.
