摘要
为了研究教师工资结构对薪酬总额的影响,以G校专职教师的工资为例,将教师按照职称的不同进行分类,计算出各项薪酬的平均值,采用单因素方差法进行统计分析,结果显示:教师职称对工资总额影响最大,G校工资结构不合理,没有体现岗位绩效工资的作用。提出将科研奖励纳入绩效工资,对教师进行分类管理等建议,为G校岗位绩效工资制度的改革提供了理论依据。
In view of the influence between each part of salary structure for teachers and the total salaries, the data on salaries of full-time teachers in G college are taken as an example. The teachers are classified by different titles. The mean value of the salaries are computed. The data are statistically analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. The results show that professional title of a teacher influences the total salary most and the salary structure in G college is unreasonable and the effect of post performance wages weren't embodied. The suggestions are put forward that the award of scientific research should be brought into performance wages and the teachers should be managed by classification, which could be used as theoretical basis for specific implementation of the post merit pay system in G college.
