摘要
我国东部地区经济发达,交通需求旺盛,现有京沪通道难以满足运输需求,规划布局南北向快速客运新通道是合理的解决方案。提出铁路通道总体布局方法,构建建设基础层、经济社会层、交通线网层、客货需求层、运营组织层5个层次,多角度多层次分析东部通道总体布局方案,提出包括京沪通道、津沪通道、沿海通道的东部地区多通道格局。
Locating in the most developed area of China: Eastern Area, the Beijing-Shanghai railway channel is hard to meet the enormous transportation demand. One reasonable solution is to build up a new north-south fast railway channel. An analytic method for the general layout of railway channel is then proposed, establishing 5 different layers for analysis, such as constructional fundament layer, economic and social development layer, transport network layer, passenger/freight transport demand layer and operation/organization layer. In the end, a multi-channel solution is proposed, which includes Beijing-Shanghai Channel, Tianjin-Shanghai Channel and Coastal Channel.
