摘要
针对资源型城市经济与资源环境协调发展要求,以葫芦岛市为例,从对绿色创新现状和发展对策的分析来看,绿色创新逐渐成为创新领域研究热点,葫芦岛市经济仍依赖重化工业,绿色创新投入不足,应建立可持续性科学观念和多元化政策工具,选择绿色创新商业战略,促进区域经济可持续发展。
To discuss the harmonious development of economy and resources and environment in resource-based cities, taking Huludao city as an example, the analysis of green innovation situation and development countermeasures are conducted. It is found that green innovation gradually become a research hotspot in innovation field, the economy is still relying on heavy chemical industry, and the green innovation investment is insufficient, therefore we should establish the concept of sustainability science and diversified policy tools, choose green innovation business strategy, and promote the inclusive and sustainable development for regional economic.
