Research of Service Capability Index of Power Supply Enterprise Based on NPCA

提出非线性主成分分析(NPCA)供电企业服务能力指数(SCI)的研究方法,建立了跨平台、跨业务部门的评价服务能力指标体系,运用非主观判别法NPCA构建供电服务能力指数分析模型,实现服务能力的量化考量,最后通过山东省不同地市为实例进行研究,验证评价模型的有效性。

The service capability index（SCI） of power supply enterprise based on NPCA and its evaluation system which crosses platform and business unit is proposed, and the analysis model of service capability index through which the quantitative consideration of service capability is achieved, is built based on NPCA. Finally, the validity of the evaluation system is verified by examples from different regions in Shandong province.
