应用RSO验证680 MW发电机转子绕组存在绕组匝间短路缺陷,通过分析RSO试验图形和静态交流阻抗试验数据,发现发电机绕组存在匝间短路的缺陷。分析匝间短路原因,并提出预防发电机绕组匝间短路的相关措施。

RSO test is used to verify the interturn short circuit defect of 680 MW generator rotor winding. Through the analysis of the RSO experiment waveform and the static AC impedance test data, generator rotor winding inter turn short circuit defect is found. Reasons of short circuit are analyzed, and some preventive measures are put forward.
