摘要 为了更有效地规划电网,从协调性角度评价全电压等级电网规划,将供电可靠率、综合电压合格率、设备利用率与综合线损率列为全电压等级电网协调性评价的四大关注目标。通过18个实质性参数量化评价指标,并计算获取各项指标的权重、理想值与评分标准,逐步建立全电压等级电网协调性的评价体系。基于已建成的评价体系评估湖南天易示范区的电网现状,采取布设或改善变电站与线路的方式优化电网,将示范区全电压等级电网的协调性评分从69.15提高至94.82,有效地保证了电网的安全性、可靠性、经济性与可持续性。 In order to plan the power grid more effectively, we evaluated the full level power grid planning is evaluated from the viewpoint of compatibility. Concerned target for full level power grid planning includes reliability rate of power supply, the synthetical voltage eligibility rate, the equipment utilization rate and the synthetical line loss rate, which could be quantitated with 18 specific parameters. Moreover, the weight, desired value and scoring standard for individual parameter were obtained, which formed the compatibility evaluation system of the power grid including all voltage levels. Based on the compatibility evaluation at Tianyi demonstration plot in Hunan province, the current power grid was optimized by building or improving transformer substations and power lines in local area. After adjustment, the compatibility evaluation score in Tianyi demonstration plot was increased from 69.15 to 94.82, and the safety, reliability, economy and sustainability of the power grid would be guaranteed under this circumstance.
