能源互联背景下山东电网备用容量需求分析

摘要 风电、光伏发电是清洁能源的重要组成部分,也是构建全球能源互联网的主导能源。提出一种含风电和光伏发电的备用容量需求确定方法。在此基础上,结合山东省年度风、光资源及负荷特征,基于各季节典型日风电、光伏出力及负荷特性分析,得出远景年山东电网考虑风电、光伏接入的备用容量需求。分析结果对合理安排山东电网备用容量,提高电网运行可靠性具有重要意义。 Wind power and photovoltaic power generation are not only important parts of clean energy, but also leading energy of global energy internet. A reserve capacity requirement determination method including wind power and photovoltaic power is proposed. Combined with the annual wind and solar energy resource and load characteristics, wind power and photovohaic power output of typical day in each season in Shandong power grid, the requirement of reserve capacity is researched in the future for Shandong power grid. The result is of great significance to reserve capacity arrangement and reliability improvement of Shandong power grid.
