输电线路新型耐腐蚀接地材料经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 介绍传统耐腐蚀材料(铜、普通石墨)和新型耐腐蚀材料(铜覆钢、柔性石墨)的主要特性,并从经济性角度对常规镀锌圆钢、铜覆钢和柔性石墨接地装置在腐蚀地区的应用进行对比分析。选取目前输电线路普遍采用的接地装置型式进行分析,列举了常规镀锌圆钢、铜覆钢和柔性石墨接地装置在不同土壤电阻率地区的单基施工总费用。采用"年费用法"对3种接地材料在弱、中、强腐蚀地区的应用分别进行经济评价,并提出了适合铜覆钢和柔性石墨新型接地装置的应用范围。 Main characteristics of the traditional corrosion resistant materials (copper, common graphite) and new types of corrosion resistant materials (copper clad steel, flexible graphite) are introduced.Applications of the conventional galvanized round steel, copper clad steel and flexible graphite grounding device in corrosion areas are compared and analyzed from the economic perspective.The type of grounding device which is widely used in transmission lines is analyzed, and single base construction total costs of the common galvanized round steel, copper clad steel and flexible graphite grounding device are enumerated in different soil resistivity areas.The economic evaluation is carried out by using " annual fee" method for applications of three kinds of ground material in weak, medium and strong corrosion areas, and the application range of the new grounding device suited for copper cladsteel and flexible graphite is put forward.
