煤炭供需双方共同采制化实施质价结算的实践与思考

Discussion on the common mining and supply in quality-price settlement between coal enterprises and customers

分析了煤炭企业与用户之间存在质价争议的原因及产生的影响,介绍了义煤集团公司和用户推广共同采制化的实践经验及其存在问题,并针对煤炭供需双方质价争议问题进行思考。通过共同采制化以确定结算质量,需煤炭企业与用户双方合理确定共采地点和方法以及诚信合作来共同维护。

The reason and the influence of quality-price dispute between coal enterprises and customers were analyzed.Practical experience and problems for co-promoting the common mining and supply by both were introduced and discussed.It was pointed out that the implementation of quality-price settlement through the common mining and supply needed reasonably determine of mining sites and methods as well as sincere cooperation by both coal enterprises and customers.
