摘要
基于传统煤质分析所用的玻璃干燥器因其空间小从而限制大量样品的一次性冷却,介绍了一种具有空间大、冷却速度快的新型自制干燥器。通过对挥发分测定的数据分析,得出自制干燥器可以代替玻璃干燥器用于冷却样品,但自制干燥器中的变色硅胶须及时更换以确保测定结果不存在系统误差。
Based on the limit of one-time cooling for large numbers of samples of traditional glass desiccator used in coal analysis caused by its small space,a new type self-made desiccator with large space and high cooling rate was introduced.Through the data analysis of volatile matter,it was concluded that self-made desiccator could replace traditional glass desiccator to cooling samples,but allochroic silica gel in which needed to be replaced in time to ensure there was no systematic error of test results.
